It's excellent as a piece to help you fall asleep, but it would be a waste to use it only for that, so I recommend listening to it once in a relaxed state as a reassuring voice drama.

In the final track, a fairly free-spirited and convenient traveling shrine maiden who loves butts, Momo-san, comes to visit you again this time. This person seems to be using massages as an excuse to touch your butt... and so it continues into the sequel (lol). Anzu's wordplay track is a lot of fun. Honestly, I'm kind of just listening for that part.
