Also, it had been a while since I listened to a work where you can enjoy that frustrating kind of flirting where she's clearly fond of you but won't admit it honestly, so it felt fresh. Overall, here are my thoughts: ●It's a simple ear-cleaning work that's very soothing ●It makes you think "childhood friends really are great" after all ●The story format gives it a real sense of presence I ended up listening to this quite a while after its release, but I think it's a work that can still be thoroughly enjoyed today. I'd like to listen to other works in the same series going forward.

The opening got me right from the start (*´Д`) I could totally imagine her saying "idiot, pervert, ecchi!" with her face bright red — it's so unbelievably cute. During the ear-cleaning, her breath felt close, like she was right there next to me, which I personally really liked. However, people who want to focus purely on the ear-cleaning sounds might find the breathing distracting. During the lap pillow part, I actually fell asleep for real, so I'm not sure if that means the content was that satisfying, or not!? The bonus content also had me grinning, and I was thoroughly soothed by Yui Asami's (angelic) voice. If only I had a childhood friend this cute, I'd be so happy... ( ;∀;)
