Just closing your eyes and listening, her voice seeps in smoothly, and the SE of perfume being sprayed made it feel like a nice scent was drifting through the air. Apparently placing something fragrant nearby will boost the immersion, so I'm thinking of buying one and trying it after listening. There are many different types of scents, and thanks to Tsumugi's wealth of knowledge and careful way of putting things into words, it's easy to understand and naturally sinks into your head. It's great just to listen, relax, and fall asleep. There are also ear cleaning and shampoo tracks that help you sleep peacefully, so the satisfaction level is high.

This work is about the protagonist, a regular customer at the shop, becoming interested in perfume, and as a result getting perfume recommendations and explanations about scents from her. First of all, I thought this was a work where you can really learn a lot about perfume. In each track, Tsumugi the perfumer carefully teaches you knowledge related to perfume, so while listening I found myself looking things up to see what they were, and I became interested in just how deep this subject really is. Also, while the explanations are substantial, the conversations with the shop clerk have a genuinely soothing atmosphere, and I also enjoyed situations like ear cleaning and shampooing. She showed a different side than usual, which I found both cute and calming/healing. Nanoka Aisaka, who voiced Tsumugi Niosaka, gave a lovely performance as the shop clerk, and I felt her various explanations about perfume, along with the pacing and rhythm of her words, were very easy to listen to. I especially loved the scenes where you get to see an unexpected side of Tsumugi, and the narration parts during the shampoo and ear cleaning situations. I think this is a work I can recommend not only to people interested in perfume, but also to those who aren't very knowledgeable about it. I myself have never used perfume, but I was able to learn plenty about it and thoroughly enjoyed this work.

At that point, the explanations never become too difficult; with a calm, downer-toned, gentle way of speaking, she teaches attentively and warmly, making it a wonderfully constructed experience where even someone without prior knowledge can listen with interest and learn happily. Also, one of the highlights is being able to enjoy the charm of both her polite speech and casual speech, and I could deeply savor the changes in distance and tone of voice that came with the difference in speech style. Furthermore, the careful ambient sounds heightened the sense of presence in each scene, giving a deep sense of immersion, as if spending time alone together in a quiet shop. In the latter half, a healing moment is depicted at the shop after closing time, and the first ear cleaning session lets you enjoy the unique situation of it being scented. Along with the pleasant sound of ear cleaning, the breath and voice felt up close wrap you in a sense of security, and I could leisurely listen to knowledge about the history of perfume and things like ambergris. In the shampoo session afterward, the dedication to detail, starting from the pre-rinse, was also carefully done — from the fine sound of lathering to the delicate movement of fingers massaging the scalp, all the way to the sound conveying the warmth of the finishing hairdryer, nothing was left out, and I was able to fully enjoy a thoroughly attentive time along with her gentle voice. Just like Amber Voice's previous works, this one too offered the appealing experience unique to this creator — happily learning the depth of a specialized field you rarely get to touch on, while being wrapped in exquisite healing. Whether in the happily-told perfume talk or the relaxing time after closing, the comfortable voice and performance of Nanoka Aisaka, who plays the character, are captivating and slip smoothly into your ears — it was a blissful time that made me want to stay wrapped in that gentle voice forever.
