This time, I'd been looking forward to this since the trailer, since it's a voice work featuring Hakata dialect, which I love. A big point for me was that Hyuga Aoyuka, who is from Fukuoka, handled both the voice acting and supervision. The work's use of Hakata dialect and intonation was very natural, and as someone who actually lives in Fukuoka, I didn't feel any sense of unnaturalness listening to it. There were a few spots where I thought "young people these days don't really talk like that," but I think that's fine as a way of showcasing Hakata dialect in a Hakata-dialect drama. (That said, I've seen TV dramas set in Hakata, or adult videos with a "Hakata woman" setting, and most of the time the usage and intonation are strange, which is disappointing.) The heroine Haruka-chan gradually confesses her feelings to her beloved onii-chan, sometimes becoming a bit bold, and combined with the Hakata dialect, it makes for a very healing work. I heard there might be a sequel, so in situations where they're being lovey-dovey and she gets teased a bit, I'd love to hear something like "Mou, onii-chan sukan" (I don't like you, onii-chan).

The protagonist, who has gone home to his parents' house and is lazing around tired from everyday life, is visited by his cousin Haruka. Haruka notices that the protagonist is tired and gives him shoulder rubs, washes his hair, and cleans his ears. I'm not too familiar with the genre, but this kind of situation might be common in voice works. However, the addition of the dialect element strongly brings out a relaxed feeling like returning to your hometown (even though I'm not actually from a Hakata-dialect-speaking region). Especially recommended for those who love dialects and Hakata-ben!

I entrusted my body and heart to Haruka-chan's kindness and was able to relax completely. Since I'm not familiar with Hakata dialect, it felt fresher than standard Japanese, and I found myself grinning every time she said things like "~yakenne." Overall, it was packed with healing and cuteness, a wonderful work that makes you want to hear more dialect.

The title doesn't lie—this is a work where you get healed by a cousin who speaks Hakata dialect. The lovey-dovey time centered around the kotatsu, that winter essential everyone uses, is really great. The voice actress has worked on many different projects, so her acting and vocal delivery are top-notch and I think this is a work I can recommend to anyone.

I already own the complete version, but I ended up buying this one too just for the illustrations. As always, Azuki-san's illustrations are adorable. Of course, the audio of the main story is good too. There are various sequels out now, but this original work, with its freshness, is the one I recommend.

I'm not particularly into dialect fetishism, but Hyuga Aoyuka's voice is so cute that I ended up buying it on impulse. Some dialect works have such a strong accent that they're hard to listen to, but this work doesn't have too strong a quirk and is easy to listen to. At the same time, it has that unique cuteness/moe that dialects bring, which was great. Even though they're cousins, the closeness and lack of reserve feels just like a real little sister—a really good work.

The moment she shyly says "Uchi... onii-chan no koto, bari suitō yo" (I really like you, onii-chan), it's so cute that even I got embarrassed. I thought Hakata dialect would be harder to understand, but I could understand almost all of it (maybe the scenario is slightly standardized?). I'd love to see more works featuring dialects like this!
