Whisper Hermitage: Sleeping Companion Shop - Mona

Throughout the work, Mona-chan is gentle and cute, but every now and then she gets a little mischievous and teases you. That's also incredibly cute and makes her such an attractive character. Once you listen to this, there's no doubt you'll fall completely under Mona-chan's spell and be unable to let go.

This is a work centered on ear cleaning, featuring a wide variety of ear cleaning sounds. I'd recommend it just for that alone to anyone looking for ear cleaning audio. Also, personally I think the conversation content is wonderful as well. The way she talks with a slightly mischievous tone really got to me.

The lovable character who playfully teases you in a devilish, innocent way is great. Her sweet, cute voice quality that lulls you into drowsiness can also be used as a sleep-inducing voice. The Mona-chan series has continued on, and while this is the first installment, I liked it so much that my desire to buy the next one has really gone up.

At first I wasn't interested at all since it was a work from many years ago, but I bought it because it was heavily discounted. When I listened to it, the positional sense of things like the sound of wiping ears with a towel and shallow ear cleaning felt really well done, and it felt very pleasant. I can't believe this was released in 2013.

A girl who's a little mischievous and cute, and also gentle, serves you. Broadly speaking it's divided into ear cleaning, sleeping together, and sleeping breath sounds, but I fall asleep partway through so I haven't heard it all! lol The ear cleaning has quite a lot of variation so it doesn't get boring. You can really relax. The conversation at the start that grabs your attention seems to read your mind lol I won't spoil the details, but you get to see just a tiny bit of a naughty side to this girl lol If you're curious, definitely check it out!

Listening to the friendly-sounding voice of the voice actress Nyaru Pompom while getting your ears cleaned and chatting casually, it's a work that really lets the tension drain out of your shoulders. Personally, I think having her sing a lullaby is my favorite part of this work. The sound of her licking ice cream was also really nice. I already knew the name Nyaru Pompom, but this was almost my first time hearing her voice, so it was also a work where I made a new discovery about the kind of acting she does.

This is a work that, unusually for the Whispering Hermitage series, puts a lot of effort into the ear cleaning, with a girl who speaks in a slightly casual tone taking her time to carefully soothe your ears. She starts by massaging your ears, and uses both an ear pick and cotton swabs depending on the situation, providing detailed service close to that of a specialty shop, with a variety of sound effects that give your ears a pleasant feeling.

Since it's an "overnight stay shop," it's supposed to be a wholesome place where you just get your ears cleaned and sleep together, but with such a cute girl as your partner, sleeping together seems like it would be anything but sleep-inducing. Actually, Mona-chan is quite the formidable one, casually trying to show you her panties and all. The whispering voice during the ear cleaning is really great; thanks to Nyaru Pompom's wonderful acting, it becomes incredibly soothing. Having relaxed so much from the ear cleaning, I naturally ended up falling asleep during the sleeping-together part.

Mona-chan is a cute girl just like in the illustration. But this girl's charm isn't limited to that. Although she can't give you dreams, she makes up for it by providing careful, attentive service, and even if you ask for something, she indulges you with a slightly experienced "well, I guess there's no helping it" attitude. It seems like a lot more entries in the series have come out since, so I think I'll buy those too.

The voice, the ear cleaning sounds, the atmosphere — no matter which aspect you look at, "wonderful" is the only word for it. The ear cleaning sound in particular is impressive to a degree hard to believe for something from 3 years ago, and I think the quality is every bit a match for the ear cleaning sounds that continue to evolve today. The 4th installment of the Mona series has now been released, but for anyone who listened to the recent work and found themselves wanting to go back and listen to the earlier ones too, I'd really recommend picking this up and giving it a listen.
