Mahiru Misora, a boy whose little sister suffers from an incurable illness, finds a crimson-red book in the library of the juvenile detention center. Opening it out of curiosity, he discovers a tale of tragedy utterly unlike the Little Red Riding Hood he knows. Before he realizes it, a bewildered Mahiru finds himself standing before an eerie girl in a pure white space. "Now then, shall we begin──this is, without a doubt, your story." And so the maddened cycle begins. Fail, and you die—an insane fairy tale repeated endlessly. Clear conditions unknown, difficulty at its maximum, no allies. What lies at the end of this story? "Off you go now. I'll be praying for your luck──now go on and die." This is the 6,620th one. Your story. You suddenly find yourself lost in the opening place. "It seems this time it's a bit... 'different'... well, even I'm not really sure..." The self-proclaimed 'Shepherd,' speaking freely about herself however she pleases, sends the player (you) into the world of 'Little Red Riding Hood' without any explanation. There, it's said that the gentle Maisie will heal you when you're weary. A gentle life with Maisie, in a space that soothes and relaxes your mind and body, as she cleans your ears while you rest your head on her lap. "How is it~? Ahaha... the inside of your ear is so soft~ It's all wet and squishy!" Wrapped in her gentle voice, you drift off to sleep once more.

She basically speaks in polite language. Her intuition is sharp, and if the first impression she forms of someone is bad, it's difficult to earn her favor from there. She relies on others in moderation while still being dependable where it counts. She has a well-balanced spirit, but hidden within is an obsession and a touch of madness born from deep affection. She worries about calories at mealtimes and loves fashion—her girlish side stands out. She wants to be seen as cute by the person she likes. But that isn't about faking herself to look good; rather, her approach is more like, "Even like this, aren't I cute?"

Honestly, I was surprised. First of all, Tomita-san and Izumi-san's voices match their characters so well—my ears are in heaven. And purely as a healing audio work, the quality is high! I've come to absolutely love Maisie. The sleeping-together track with Maisie is something I could listen to every single night. When you're listening relaxed, there are points that feel a bit off, and when you listen to the horror version alongside it, you go "Ah, so that's what that was!"— it's a really interesting structure. The horror version is genuinely terrifying, but you can tell a lot of care went into the sound design too.
I want the shepherd to do all sorts of things to me too...!!! Please consider it. That aside, Tomita Miyu-san and Izumi Fuuka-san's performances were amazing!! I feel their acting fits the world of the work perfectly, and it's so pleasant to listen to. I love how elusive the shepherd part is, and having all sorts of things done to Maisie is the best. Looking forward to a sequel.
I had been waiting for a Tomita Miyu work for so long!! I thought there were no more ASMR works coming, but I'm so glad this happened!!!! I bought it instantly, and when I heard her voice I almost cried—thank you so much!! As expected of Tomita Miyu-san... with her amazing acting skill... not only is it healing, but the horror version too was just insane with how much crazed emotion was poured into it... ahh

メイジー・カーマインがとても可愛いくて良かった 一緒に生活してる日常みたいなシチュエーションが良く、甘い感じのASMRで楽しめました! 富田美憂さんの明るい少女の声がよく表情豊かなに感じました。 和泉風花さんが暗くかっこいい声で羊飼いを演じてるのがびっくりしました。 それぞれキャラクターに合った声で素晴らしかったです!
原作のライトノベルから入ったファンですが、もう大感謝したい! まさか、あの富田美憂がメイジー役をやってくれるなんて世界線があることにまず驚愕ですし、ここまではまり役だとは思わなかったです。 原作もそうですが、この作品に触れれば全員がメイジーに恋をする、それほど魔性の女なわけです。それが富田美憂の声で演じられる、わかりますかこの衝撃が。 キャスティングを担当された方は本当にわかってます。安易に人気声優を当てただけとかそんなことは一切ありません。 そして、ストーリーにもしっかり配慮されてます。原作ファンとしては、できればマヒルとイチャイチャするメイジーを聞きたかった気持ちもありますが、それは今後のアニメ化などで期待して待ってます。 あと、羊飼い単独の第二弾も早くきてほしいです!!!
