Ayle, the maid played by Hikaru Iida, is shy and reserved, and you get glimpses of that side of her throughout the work. Seeing a girl like that mustering up her courage to interact with senpai was really cute, and the story of how Ayle and senpai first met was heartwarming too. Combined with situations like ear cleaning and showering, it was all very soothing. Maybe because she's half, her way of speaking is subtly a bit off in places, but even that is part of Ayle's charm. The more you listen to her conversations, the more addictive they become, and by the time it was over I wanted to keep listening to her talk even more. Also, her emotional expressions were very clear-cut — when she was happy she sounded thoroughly happy, and when senpai turned her down, you could really feel the sadness coming through in her voice. It had a charm that made you think every day with Ayle would be fun. She was especially cute when she seemed happy. My favorite track was Track 5, where you get to hear the reason why Ayle admires senpai so much, and at the end of Track 5 you can hear Ayle's cute little mutterings to herself — that line was just adorably wonderful. Track 6 also has an exchange that makes you look forward to senpai and Ayle's future together, and that conversation was really good too. You get to hear Ayle's cute sleeping breaths, making it a really great track. I hope the day comes when I can meet Ayle again someday!

Her slightly higher-pitched voice suited the role nicely. The main situation is ear cleaning, but there's also things like a shower scene. The maid swimsuit shown on the cover art made me a little curious, but the audio itself was solid with no issues, and I enjoyed it as its own thing. It was also nice how the heroine's lines occasionally reflected the fact that she's supposed to be half.
