[Azur Lane ASMR] Healing the Commander Squad! A Secret Workation with Z23

Strictly speaking, since track 1 is a 2-minute mic test, it might not technically be "full throttle from minute 1," but if we're allowed to count from the start of the main content in track 2, then yes, it's top speed from the very first minute. Even counting the mic test, it's full throttle by the 3-minute mark. The action the half-asleep commander takes toward Niimi, who came to wake him up... I kept thinking "wouldn't it be great if it went this way... but nah, that'd be too intense, they wouldn't actually do that," and then the official work went and did exactly that. I felt like I'd already gotten my money's worth just from the first minute alone. It was so intensely hot that I went back and checked the product page description to see if there was some established "already dating" setting, or if this was after entering the Niimi route post-branch. There was nothing like that, so this is just... normal for them? Amazing. From there it doesn't let up either — you get to enjoy Niimi's expressions constantly changing, being strict yet melting into sweetness, and working hard for the sake of healing the commander. Honestly, just the fact that it's a Niimi ASMR is already reason enough to buy, but on top of that you get gorgeous illustrations and differential images drawn by Chizuru Aoi-sensei, good enough that you wouldn't regret buying just for the cover art. I've bought quite a few Azur Lane ASMR works, but I felt like this one is right up there at the top in terms of both the number of expression variants and how much passion went into them... Baaabu... Why don't you all get teased... and healed by a slightly bolder Niimi-sensei too? I'll be waiting for you "up there."

This was a great work that let me reaffirm Z23's charm. She's like a mom, like a girlfriend, like a little sister, and also a capable secretary. I got to experience that exquisitely balanced sense of distance with her. The whole thing makes it very clear what a genuinely earnest girl Z23 is, and it filled me with heartfelt gratitude. I felt like patting her head with absolutely no ulterior motives. She's just such a good girl... She stays up late researching ways to heal the commander, and she also makes sure to properly finish her work before doing any of that healing. She really feels like a secretary you can rely on. At the same time, she also has feelings of wanting to be spoiled by the commander and wanting to spoil him, and the way those feelings slip out here and there is just ridiculously cute. It makes you feel like, even though she's dependable, you need to keep a close eye on her. Makes you want to give her a reward... Seeing her at work in the home port was also pretty refreshing, and I really want a lot of people to give this a listen, if only to rediscover Z23's charm. Also, her boobs really are big, huh...

I don't think this really matches the "healing" concept. But compared to, say, track 3, where you get that tingly sensation from her breathing right next to your ear, I felt like Niimi felt most like herself when she was happily talking about Javelin, Ayanami, and Laffey, or when she was sorting through documents while looking exasperated or laughing — and that side of her put me more at ease. So anyway, let's do overtime together again today too!
